For the purposes of scoring in the Hawaii QSO Party, RTTY is considered a digital mode not separate from others such as PSK31, FT-8, etc.
These, and any other digital modes can be used but all are scored as “digital”:
RTTY | PSK31 | PSK63 | PSK125 | PSK150 | QPSK31 | QPSK63 |
QPSK250 | FSK | GMSK | DOMINO | HELL | FMHELL | HELL80 |
QPSK125 | MT63 | TdOR | TdRB | OLIVA | MFSK8 | MFSK16 |
Regardless of the digital mode used in QSOs, stations submitting logs including digital contacts must use, for those contacts, the designation RY or DG in Cabrillo logs.
NOTE for FT8 and FT4:
RST values may be the sent and received S/N values reported by WSJT or you may log the normal “599”
For FT modes, please use “signal report and grid square” mode.
